6 tbs. Vegetable oil
2 cloves Garlic finely sliced
8 cloves Shallot finely sliced
1 tbs. Dried Prawn soak, drain, finely ground
4 pcs Egg stir
200 grams Tofu 1 X 0,5 cm
400 grams Shrimp peeled, leave the tails
300 grams Kwetiau warm water soak until soft, drain
4 tbs. Peanut fried, roughly chopped
1 tsp. Chili flake
300 grams Bean sprouts
30 grams Spring onions white part, sliced 3 cm
3 tbs. Tamarind Juice
2 tbs. Lemon juice
4 tbs. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 tbs. Fischsauce
3 tbs. Salty soy sauce
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter the dried shrimp, stir-fry until fragrant moment. Add the eggs, make scrambled.
Add the tofu and shrimp, cook until shrimp changes color.
Enter the sauce mixture,noodle , fried peanuts, chili flake, leek and the spring onion. Add the bean sprouts saute and turn down the flame so that the bean sprout remain crispy.
Kwetiau could be replaced with dried rice noodles. Soak the dried rice noodles in cold water until soft, drain. Sauté follow recipes.
